About Us

Instead of writing another boring bio page, I thought it would be nice to learn a little bit more about me to go along with the same boring “about me” page everyone writes. My name is Ryan Ward. I’m married to a beautiful wife Samantha who is a 5+ year breast cancer survivor. We have one daughter and we aren’t finished. My hobbies are photography search engine marketing (using the internet to generate business by ranking websites for important terms that people search. That might be how you found this website.).

I decided to become a short sale expert for a number of reasons, but the most important one for me is to help people. I realize, that sounds very cliche, but, let me tell you my “why”. My second sale years ago was to a young couple. The wife was about 7 months pregnant when we began looking for a home and determined to be in her new home when the baby was born. Things went well for the proud new homeowners and young family for about 8 months and then tragedy struck. The husband was diagnosed with lieukemia and ultimately succomb to the illness.

Try as she might, my client could not sustain the mortgage payments on her salary while trying to work and raise her young child. After trying to sell her home, we were jsut unable to find a buyer at fair market value and time was running out. Payments were getting late, her credit was being damaged and the hopeless spiral had begun.

Untrained with short sales, I went through the process with her on a government FHA loan and saw it through to a succesful closing at which time this young family could pick up the pieces of what was remaining of their broken life and try to make a new start. Years have now passed and she has made a great new start in a new city and life has improved, but I have never forgotten my role in helping them put their lives back together.

So I know what it is to help a family. I know how important it is to have proper training and experience and I look forward to the opportunity to help many other people who for various reasons find themselves in a situation they could have never imagined just a short time before. I also know that I can help you.
